Philippine Airlines, which emerged from receivership in 2007, after a mere 9 years (perhaps hoping that enough of its creditors would have died by then, even if they weren't flying with PAL), is to be commended on
changing the paths of some of its flights to reduce the chance of being hit by North Korea's next
long range missile test satellite launch.
Currently
ranked only the 4th most dangerous airline in the world, PAL are not resting on their laurels, and clearly believe the only way is up.
